Q: To drive in Zanzibar do I need to have a license?
A: Yes, you must have a license. Furthermore, all national driving licenses are accepted in Zanzibar, however they must be presented together with a driving permit from Zanzibar.
Q: What is Zanzibar Driving Permit, and how can I get it?
A: It is a permit issued by local authorities in addition to international license that will gives you a permission to drive in Zanzibar. This permit costs an additional $10 per driver (paid on arrival in Zanzibar) and can be arranged in advance by our company. You just have to send a copy of your current license after booking from us.
Q: My renting days are over can I add more days?

Q: What happens if I break down or get stuck?
A: In the unlikely event that you have car trouble, we have got you covered. Our phones are on 24 hours a day and we will come and rescue you. If we cannot fix the problem at the roadside, we will give you a replacement vehicle so you can be on your way as quickly as possible. Always make sure you have your charged phone with you at all times, just in case.
Q: Is there a special place for picking up and dropping the car?
A: No, the car will be delivery anywhere upon your request and can also be dropped anywhere upon your request.

Q: What happens if I have an accident?
A: If you have an accident, please stay in your vehicle if it is safe to do so and call us straight away. We shall be there as quickly as possible. Your safety is our concern.
Q: Can someone else book for me?
A: Yes, but the person whose name has been mentioned in the reservation form needs to come along with the required documents to pick up the car.
Q: Can you pick me up from the airport, the ferry, the hotel or my location?
A: Yes! We offer a full pickup and drop off service. Simply mention your location to be picked up and dropped during the booking process. For un mentioned location kindly don’t hesitate to email us where and when you would like us to pick you up, we will be there for you.
Q: I'm finished! Can I drop my car at the airport? the ferry? or can you collect it from my hotel?
